REGARDING “An Overhaul Due for Oversized Bags in Overstuffed Bins?” Travel Insider, Feb. 26], I wish the airlines had a rule that said, “Those passengers without any luggage or property in the overhead bins will exit first.”
Why is it that those with the most stuff in the overhead bins are always the first to stand while the plane is taxiing and pull their stuff down practically on the heads of those still seated?
