One only has to read “Gov. Out of Debt in Bid for 2nd Term” (March 23) to realize that the political sums being amassed by unions and industry groups are reflective of a democracy that is not truly democratic. Your article seems to prove the adage about the golden rule: Those with the gold, rule. Our democracy needs publicly funded elections.
