Deal lets Coke sell own canned coffee and tea

From Bloomberg News

Coca-Cola Co. said it would be able to sell its own brands of canned coffee and tea for the first time in 15 years after amending an agreement with Nestle.

Coca-Cola and Nestle of Switzerland are changing the terms of a venture that required them to jointly develop tea or coffee drinks. The venture will focus solely on black tea, freeing Atlanta-based Coca-Cola to sell its own coffee and green-tea drinks.
