GREAT ALASKA SHOOTOUT (ANCHORAGE)

Loyola Marymount (3-1) vs. Alaska Anchorage (4-0), ESPN2, 8:30 p.m. -- The Lions have shown a knack for winning close games, with two- and three-point victories this season. They are making their second appearance in the Alaska tournament. Missouri Kansas City and Pacific are the others in LMU’s bracket. Hawaii, Hofstra, Marshall and California are in the other side of the bracket. The championship game is Saturday.

NONCONFERENCE

Cal State Fullerton (2-0) at Texas San Antonio (1-3), 11 a.m. -- The Titans face their first Division I opponent after defeating NAIA teams by an average score of 103-61. The Roadrunners, in a transition with first-year Coach Brooks Thompson, are coming off a 92-48 loss to Gonzaga. This is the first of a three-game, six-day trip for the Titans.
