Sean Penn’s wife files for divorce

Actress Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce from actor-director Sean Penn.
The divorce papers were filed Dec. 21 in Marin County Superior Court.
Wright Penn cited irreconcilable differences.
The split was first reported by the website CelebTV.com.
The couple have two teenage children and seek joint custody.
Penn directed “Into the Wild” and starred as a death-row inmate in “Dead Man Walking.”
