The Bush administration has discredited its own argument that negotiations with rogue regimes further embolden their deceit. Skillful diplomacy has persuaded North Korea to shut down its nuclear reactor.
One hopes that this development will give pause to those who assert that the United States has no recourse but to bomb Iran.
