Auto racing: Bill Dwyre’s column on Dan Gurney in Saturday’s Sports section said Gurney was the only person to win a Formula One race in a car he also built. Gurney was the only American to achieve that. Jack Brabham of Australia and Bruce McLaren of New Zealand also won in their own cars.
