I read the Glutton’s response [Jan. 31] to a recent bashing of Canter’s. The only delis recommended are ones “over the hill.” Do you people not remember the Valley? That is where the best deli in L.A. is -- Brent’s. Ask anybody who has eaten there, and that includes all you folks from New York.
