The Anaya brothers -- owners of Silver Lake’s perpetually popular Caribbean-fusion restaurant Cha Cha Cha -- have opened a trendy taqueria in WeHo called Pinches Tacos. The brothers got their recipes from an uncle who owns six taquerias in Guadalajara. Tacos, flautas, burritos and enchiladas are made from scratch with fresh ingredients.
