Good article on cruise-line difficulties [“Lessons From a Storm-Tossed Cruise,” Travel Insider, Oct. 5].
Had they made their reservations with a qualified travel agent, the agent would have been there to advise them of their options before and after the cruise. Options can become complex, especially when plans go awry.
