Great article about Paul McCartney [“Paul McCartney Is in a New Place,” April 12].

One of my favorite moments from his concert in St. Paul, Minn., on the 2005 tour was at the very end when the band had taken its final bow and Paul was alone on stage; he waved to the crowd and said, “See you next time.”

It was so cool. The concert was not some contrived “farewell tour,” and he’s still looking to the future. And I definitely do hope to see him next time.
