1988 Dodgers: In the Aug. 25 Sports section, a column recalling the Dodgers’ 1988 championship season said that umpire Bob Engel changed a call that extended Orel Hershiser’s record-setting scoreless-innings streak. Umpire Paul Runge made the call.
Environmental tour: In the July 28 California section, an article about a tour given by an environmental group in Southern California identified an oil refinery in Wilmington as belonging to ConocoPhillips. It is owned by Phillips 66.
