Earthquake: 3.1 quake strikes near Healdsburg, Calif.

A shallow magnitude 3.1 earthquake was reported Wednesday afternoon 15 miles from Healdsburg, California, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 1:38 p.m. PDT at a depth of 1.2 mile.
According to the USGS, the epicenter was 12 miles from Clearlake, Calif., 19 miles from Windsor, Calif., and 71 miles from Sacramento, California.
In the last 10 days, there have been no earthquakes magnitude 3.0 and greater centered nearby.
