Katherine Jackson and his three children have sued AEG, accusing the entertainment firm of negligently hired Conrad Murray, the doctor who gave Jackson the fatal dose of propofol as a sleep aide. But AEG maintains Murray worked for Jackson and any money paid the physician was actually an advance to the singer.
