Megan Lam is originally from the Bay Area and will be a senior at UC Berkeley studying biology, rhetoric and journalism. They were a 2026 Dow Jones News Fund multiplatform editing intern at The Times and most recently served as head editor of the Daily Californian’s copy desk for the 2025-26 academic year. Lam also previously interned with EdSource’s California Student Journalism Corps.
