Sierra Village Town Houses Open Today

Sierra Village, a 68-unit town- house development by D&S;/Wrather, opens today in Newhall with two- and three-bedroom units priced from $76,900 to $94,900.

The units have 1,004 to 1,399 square feet of living space and come with carpeting, air conditioning, attached two-car garages and built-in kitchen appliances.

Move-ins are expected to begin next month. The developer is offering 10.8%, 30-year, fixed-rate loans, according to Pat Logan, the firm’s marketing director. About 60% of the units were sold during the preview sales period.

A monthly homeowners association fee of $83 pays for common area maintenance, including a swimming pool, spa and tennis court.

The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Monday at 23520 N. San Fernando Road, reached from the San Fernando Road exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
