The 26,000-square-foot first phase of the $2-million, 44,000-square-foot Mid -City Plaza shopping center in San Diego is nearing completion at University Avenue and Marlborough Street and is 80% pre-leased, according to Business Properties Brokerage Co., Exclusive leasing agent. Tom Hom Investment Corp. of San Diego is the developer.
