Office Condominium to Be Converted to Rentals

The Perla Family Trust of Los Angeles has purchased a 16-suite office condominium building at 31194 Labaya Drive, Westlake Village, from Coast Federal Savings’ Major Project Division, Los Angeles, for more than $2 million and will convert the two-level, 23,395-square-foot building to leased space.
