The Equitable Life Leasing Corp. building at 10251 Vista Sorrento Parkway, Sorrento Valley, has been sold for $9.5 million, or $151.74 a square foot of rentable area.
Buyer of the property is Karsten Institutional Realty Advisers; the seller is Amreal Capital Realty Co. The transaction was negotiated by the San Diego County office of Business Properties Brokerage Co.
