Centerside II Work Planned

Construction could begin as early as December on Centerside II, the $50-million second phase of a two-tower office park in San Diego.
Romualdo (Dudi) Berretti, president of Bowlen Holdings Inc., announced that his firm plans to proceed with the 16-story, 300,000-square-foot building on 13 acres along the San Diego River near San Diego Jack Murphy Stadium.
San Diego-based Bowlen Holdings also developed First Interstate Plaza in downtown San Diego.
