Law Firm Signs Lease in Downtown Tower

Sullivan, Workman & Dee, a Los Angeles-based law firm, has signed a 10-year lease for the penthouse of the Guardian Bank Building at 800 S. Figueroa St. and plans to occupy the 10,685 square feet of office space on the 12th floor in mid-January.
Charles Dunn Co. represented the law firm in the lease transaction, valued at more than $2 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner, Bob Blumen.
