Contract Awarded for Bicycle Path

The Rolling Hills Estates City Council has awarded Excel Paving of Long Beach a $170,000 contract to construct an off-road bicycle path and widen Highridge Road from Whitley Collins Road to Armaga Spring Road. The bicycle path will be on the west side of Highridge.
Construction is projected to begin early this summer.
