Video Company Geminex Reports Quarterly Loss

Geminex Industries Inc., a Calabasas company that operates video games in movie theaters and other retail outlets, reported a first-quarter loss of $134,360 compared with a year-earlier profit of $84,923.
The loss in the quarter that ended March 31 came despite a 4% increase in Geminex’s revenue, to $1.17 million from $1.13 million, and reflected increased operating and overhead costs compared with a year ago, the company said.
