Donald S. Gray has been promoted to vice president/general counsel and corporate secretary for Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. in Irvine. He joined the manufacturer of automated office products and telecommunications systems in 1987 as legal counsel and was named general counsel in 1989. Before joining Toshiba, he was general counsel for the fluid technology group of ITT Corp. and served as director of military manpower programs in the Pentagon from 1978-81.
