International Paper Co. of Purchase, N.Y., said it will acquire Cookson Graphics, a division of Britain’s Cookson Group PLC for $215 million . . . Standard & Poor’s Corp. lowered its ratings on about $1.7 billion in debt issued by Orlando, Fla.-based Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Inc.
