CANOGA PARK : Park-and-Ride Lot for Bus Users Opens

A park-and-ride lot with 100 parking spaces has been opened near Topanga Canyon and Victory boulevards in Canoga Park for Southern California Rapid Transit District passengers heading to downtown Los Angeles.
The lot, owned by the state Department of Transportation but leased by the Topanga Plaza Shopping Center, was opened Friday to passengers of RTD line 427, which connects Canoga Park, Warner Center and downtown Los Angeles.
