They’ll Manage: Koll Management Services Inc. in Newport Beach has been awarded a property management contract by Sun Microsystems Inc. in Mountain View. The five-year agreement adds 3 million square feet to Koll Management’s portfolio of 60 million square feet of office and industrial space. Earlier this month, Koll Management and Tishman West Management Corp. in Los Angeles announced a tentative agreement to merge their property management contracts.
