Rockwell Denies Rumors Plant Will Move: Rockwell Defense Electronics officials in Anaheim denied what they called rumors to move the 4,000-employee division out of Orange County. “There are no plans to leave Anaheim,” said John A. McLuckey, president of the Rockwell facility. The rumor was sparked Tuesday when Richard Clark, Rockwell’s manager of facility design, suggested to the Anaheim City Council that the company might consider moving out of state if a city utility initiative is approved by voters this fall.
