I can’t help but comment on Kathleen Moloney’s “State of Mind” (Palm Latitudes, Aug. 2), about freeway phobias and how some people have resorted to masturbating in gridlock traffic. Gee, I thought all of those rear-end collisions were for the purpose of collecting insurance. Boy, was I wrong.
