Quantum Health Resources Inc.: The firm, which is moving from Orange to Indianapolis, said Thursday that two groups of shareholders have filed federal lawsuits alleging violations of federal securities laws. Shareholders alleged that the company was at fault for setting market expectations on its earnings and then failing to meet those expectations, a company lawyer said. He denied the allegations.
