White Cap to Buy Distribution Firm

COSTA MESA — White Cap Industries Inc. has agreed to acquire CCS Supply Inc., a Denver distributor of concrete accessories, construction chemicals, waterproofing products and rental equipment. Terms weren’t disclosed.
White Cap said it expects to close the acquisition of CCS in February. CCS is expected to generate $5 million in revenue for its fiscal year ending Jan. 31.
White Cap sells specialty tools and materials.
