Residents seeking a traffic diverter for Santa Vittoria Drive may have to wait. Instead, the council tonight will consider building a four-way intersection with signals at Lake Forest Drive. The Casa de Laguna Homeowners Assn. asked for the diverter earlier this year but city officials have called the measure unnecessary, citing the results of a recent traffic study.
