Closure of the Chapman Avenue southbound onramps for the Santa Ana Freeway means motorists will need to use detours. The westbound ramp will close Sunday; the eastbound ramp has been closed since June. New ramps are scheduled for mid-September opening.
1. Eastbound on Chapman Avenue: Take The City Drive south to the eastbound Garden Grove Freeway and proceed to the southbound I-5 onramp.
2. Westbound on Chapman Avenue: Take Manchester Avenue north to the southbound I-5 onramp.
