The alley east of the 11000 block of Los Alamitos Boulevard will be illuminated with new light fixtures, to be installed on existing utility poles by September. The improvements are part of the Town Center Plan, which the city hopes will promote business growth in the commercial district. The lights are funded in the 1999-2000 budget.
