The Harbor Boulevard over-crossing, offramp and onramp for the Riverside Freeway are nearing completion. The over-crossing has been narrowed to one lane for the past year, but all three lanes are expected to be open in each direction by the end of the week. The eastbound offramp--closed for the past nine months--will open today and the westbound onramp is expected to open by Friday.
