I.W. Industries Buys Facility in Valencia

I.W. Industries has purchased a 52,000 square foot industrial facility in Valencia for $3.6 million.

Westcord Commercial Real Estate in Van Nuys represented the seller Packaging Plus. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Woodland Hills, and Sutton & Edwards on Long Island, N.Y., represented I.W. Industries, a 70-year-old brass fixture manufacturing company based in New York.
