The City Council is expected on Tuesday to approve a new crosswalk and crossing guard for students of the Esther L. Walter Elementary School living in the Tina-Pacific neighborhood. The crosswalk’s installation at the intersection of Pacific and Magnolia avenues will make it easier for students and their parents who now must walk to Cerritos or Katella avenues to use a crosswalk.
