Dole Announces Quarterly Dividend

Dole Food Co. Inc. has declared its regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share.
The dividend from the Westlake Village company is payable on Dec. 14 to shareholders of record on Nov. 27.
Dole, with 1999 revenues of $5.1 billion, is the world’s largest producer and marketer of fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh-cut flowers. It also markets a growing line of packaged foods.
