Overtime Policy Risky

I can’t wait to fly on one of the planes serviced by mechanics forced to work overtime [“United Downgrades ‘Operational Emergencies,’ ” Aug. 26]. Mentally and physically tired personnel working on an airplane. Throw in frustration and anger, and you have a disaster waiting to happen. I think I’ll take Amtrak.
