Metrolink Adopts $273-Million Budget

Metrolink adopted a $273-million budget on Friday that will provide for new trains and upgraded tracks.
The agency’s 2003-04 budget will allow Metrolink to add trains on its Inland Empire-to-Orange County, Ventura and San Bernardino lines.
