As partner and chair of Hanson Bridgett’s real estate finance practice, Alex M. Grigorians advises international lenders and private equity firms on a broad range of commercial matters. He manages a diverse portfolio across all asset classes, including a $750-million pipeline of multifamily developments planned for 2026. Grigorians recently represented a debt fund in a $120-million industrial project and oversaw a $50-million ground lease financing for a municipal mall project. He serves on his firm’s management and finance committees while holding an executive board seat for the USC Gould School of Law Real Estate and Business Law Forum. He is a founding member of Building Hope and an executive board member for the City of Hope Real Estate and Construction Industries Council.
