Anthony R. Callobre is a partner in the finance practice at Blank Rome LLP, where he heads the Los Angeles office’s asset-based lending practice representing major financial institutions, including Bank of America, PNC Bank, Wells Fargo, Huntington National Bank and East West Bank. Over 40 years in the industry, he has built a national and cross-border practice spanning asset-based lending, fund finance and syndicated transactions across apparel, technology, sports, entertainment and transportation. Callobre’s recent work includes a $150-million syndicated cash-flow loan to a major international technology company, a $130-million syndicated asset-based loan to a leading pallet producer and a $100-million syndicated working capital facility to an online computer accessories provider with subsidiaries across the U.S., China, Canada and the British Virgin Islands.
