Investment Banking Channing Hamlet is a managing director and co-founder of Objective, Investment Banking & Valuation. He leads the business services and life sciences investment banking practices, where he guides business owners through strategic mergers and acquisitions. During his 30-year career, Hamlet has executed high-impact middle-market transactions, including the sale of 360 Destination Group to H.I.G. Capital. He recently implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System to enhance firm accountability and improve execution across the organization. He currently serves as a board member for the Exit Planning Institute and the Entrepreneurs Organization.
