Davis also led the sale of LesserEvil to The Hershey Company in a transaction reported by The Wall Street Journal at $750 million, navigating a full FTC Second Request under Hart-Scott-Rodino antitrust review and represented Good Culture in a majority investment by L Catterton valued at more than $500 million.
