By leading the U.S. food, beverage and nutrition practice as managing director for Kroll Investment Banking, Farzad Mukhi provides strategic M&A execution for entrepreneurs and private equity funds across the western United States. He specializes in complex recapitalizations and divestitures and draws on a deep network of strategic buyers and lenders built over his 21-year career. Mukhi is a frequent contributor to Naturally Los Angeles, where he shares growth-oriented advice with business owners, and serves as a mentor through the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity Protege program. He also holds a seat on the sponsorship committee for the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He most notably spearheaded the sale of Humboldt Creamery to Foster Dairy Farms, which preserved the workforce of the largest employer in Ferndale, California.
