He brings 26 years of experience to his leadership of the firm’s FinTech and Latin American practices. Flores recently co-led a team representing Enel Generación Chile S.A. in a $2.4-billion sale of receivables to IDB Invest, a transaction that remains the largest mobilization of private resources ever undertaken by the institution. His work in structured finance has earned additional accolades from Legal 500 US and IFLR1000 US. He serves his community as a trustee of the Mexican American Bar Foundation and as a member of the Association for Corporate Growth Los Angeles DEI Committee.
