As president and founder of Avant Advisory Group, James F. Davidson has built a 35-year career across public accounting, management consulting and corporate financial advisory, leading the firm’s practices in financial restructuring, operational turnarounds, M&A advisory, forensic accounting, fraud investigations and interim C-suite management. He has served as an investor, partner or board member at more than 25 companies ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to multi-billion-dollar firms, holding executive roles including CEO, CFO and chief restructuring officer across public and private entities. Davidson is a founding member of the Southern California chapter of the Private Directors Association and has served on the board, finance and audit committees of For the Children/Royal Family Kids, an Orange County-based international nonprofit.
