Partner-in-Charge for Southern California at Armanino, Jenn McCabe manages practice strategy and mentors emerging leaders across a career spanning four decades. She joined the firm following the merger of Team Jenn Corp, a managerial accounting company she founded to innovate the outsourced finance service model. McCabe serves as a central leader for The Bridge, an Armanino committee that helped ensure nearly one-third of newly promoted partners are women. Beyond her corporate role, she provides pro bono support to Steadfast LA to assist families displaced by the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires in accessing modular housing. She is also a member of We Benefit Children and volunteers with TreePeople to promote environmental stewardship in the local community. McCabe effectively established the Executive Access Program to empower high-potential women with direct insights into the accounting profession.
