He specializes in asset-based and cash flow financing for clients in the healthcare, technology and manufacturing sectors. O’Malley recently represented PNC in a $250-million revolving credit facility that supported the take-private acquisition of SP Plus Corporation by Metropolis Technologies. His complex transaction history includes structuring a $210-million recapitalization for Klein Hersch and providing $110 million in exit financing for U.S. Tobacco Cooperative Inc. He previously served as an advisory board member for Back on My Feet Los Angeles and as a board member for the poverty-relief nonprofit MEND.
