Founder and Managing Principal of Dekel Capital Shlomi Ronen has facilitated more than $10 billion in debt, mezzanine and equity financing for real estate developers across the United States. He utilizes 25 years of commercial real estate experience to provide customized financial solutions, recently securing a $116-million recapitalization for a six-building office portfolio in Las Vegas. In 2023, Ronen expanded the firm’s suite of services by launching Dekel Correspondent Lending to originate balance sheet and CMBS loans for global asset managers. He also serves as the managing principal of Dekel Strategic Investors, a proprietary fund that invests joint venture equity in senior housing projects between $3 million and $10 million. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Los Angeles Jewish Federation’s Real Estate Cabinet.
